Goal: Walking 15 minutes during dawn.
I will allow social media in order to manage my social life. It’s strange that I have to clarify, but this means that I can use such services only for immediate social situations such as giving directions, setting a date, etc. The George Takei’s black hole of fun is still banned.
Finally, I’m happy to report a strange benefit about constantly waking up at dawn. Last night I went out and eventually fell asleep a bit late, at about 1 am. This is quite a difference from my recent 9~10 pm sleep hour. Still, I woke up at 6:30 am without problems. I wasn’t tired, even though last night was a bit intense and I hadn’t slept much. I felt… strangely powerful.
