Hiya. Everything is smooth sailing for the moment. I researched how long I can nap without sacrificing productivity: about 20 minutes. I am allowing naps now when I go out because otherwise I get so little sleep. Right now for example, I’m quite the happy zombie. I’m glad for the progress, but exhausted at the cost.
On other news, social media has been a distractor so I timed my use for today. It was about 2 hours and 20 minutes, on and off, reading and replying messages. Today being Friday influenced the heavy usage.
Finally, I can’t believe I’m typing this right now. On a Friday. When I’m so tired, and there’s so much to do. But it’s the magic of the challenge. I am indeed learning how to change my behavior.
