Goal: Taking a nap without sacrificing productivity.
Status: Goal completed. Rules not complied.
Challenge: Gaining the habit of waking up at dawn.
Ha. Procrastination got the best of me. I did wake up at dawn, but I did not go for a walk. I got distracted reading the reactions about the iPhone 5. Damn. On the other hand, I managed to nap without destroying my productivity. I set an alarm for 30 minutes and it worked wonders.
